2003 Civic leaking oil
Help! My 2003 Civic has been leaking oil for about a week now. I went to run errands yesteday and was parked for about an hour. When I got back to my car, there was quite a bit of oil on the ground in 3 spots. What could it be, and why is it happening to such a new car?

Did you replace the washer on oil pan drain bolt when you changed your oil???
It needs to be replaced AT LEAST every 2nd change of oil cos it starts to leak when not changed...
Jack up your car, crawl underneath and look for the leaking spot... I bet it's on the drain bolt...
Try changing that washer, wipe of the oil from the oil pan and see if that changes a thing...
And do not forget to tighten the drain bolt PROPERLY (33 lbft)... DO NOT overtighten cos that can also lead to leaky washer and even a broken bolt and that is the thing YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAPPEN...
