2001 (E..uh..P) Civic coupe EX stock exhaust on a 1998 (EK) Civic coupe EX.

Okay well before I was asking about a EG exhaust on my EK well now I'm asking EP (I think thats what its called) stock exhaust on my EK. The reason is cause I will be getting a free catback from the EP and want to know what the difference is and if it will fit or will it require some extensive modification?
