2001 civic frontend on a 2000 EK
This should probably go to appearance, but I though since there are more civic enthusiasts here, I'll start here.
I've just photo-hoped this:
Does any one know if this have ever been done or if it's even possible?

i seen it done before, only in pictures, but i perfer the 00 front so i dont like the look, if you are going to plan on doing something like that try to choose the 04 front end it looks alot better in my opinion
here is a heavily moded one
got it from:
http://XXX.superstreetonline.c..._chop/
replace the XXX with WWW

the drag car is smushed a little too much for my taste, but I still think the front-end conversion alone would look nice.

looks pretty cool IMO....at least the profile does.
off topic, are there any pictures like the un-chopped version of an EG6?

Something I think would be worthwhile would be getting the dash into an 96-00...the design is very similar but black to match CTR door panels.

I agree, EK's are the cleanest hatches made to date...
...but I was just thinking about a unique mod while still using mostly O.E. parts (no off the shelf body kits).

I think 96-00 Dash (maybe Teg dash) into the 01-05 Civic because trhe 7th gen Civic's interior was TERRIBLE. it was all hard plastic and noisy and boomy in there, real echo-ey like my mom's 04 CRV.

I don't know, I'm not too fond of the rear end on the newer civics, but I do like the front.
That's why I photoshoped it. I was hoping that some one has done this and I could see a picture of a finished product, but I guess it's too early.
For those who thought that was too ricey or not JDM enough, here's a slightly different one.

Re: (LyghtFunky1)
I live in the West suburbs... I might come out to the "meet and greet" if I can find it. I've never been at the new One6 location (unless it got changed again. I'll have to check).
I was going to try it on an EG, but I though it might look too much like newer Si hatch. I'll try it anyway, but It'll take me a while. I'll post something up tomorrow.

i hate the back end of the 96-2000 and the 01-05, i think the EG backend is the best out of all the hatches, and it hink it would look good with the roundness of the 01+ front end
