Just wire up the 3 vtec wire to the ecu than your good
i work on a 97civic dx with a 99ex(y8) motor
n i dont think is ob2b

what about smog.. they test obd2 cars with a code reader now... so, with no code port then they find out its obd1..

i know i will never pass inspection with a obd1 ecu.

that sounds too easy... i cant fid that diagram, still searching...
