Default 2000 Si upper control arm/coilover help

What is a good setup for a set of control arms and coil over combo. The setup I have now is eating my front tires up almost bi-weekly... very expensive. The set I have now are no name the shocks are stock (I know not good) control arms seemed small when I got them some sources to do this right and stop the rubber abuse.

adjustable upper arms is all you should need for whatever is happening to you, that is if you're lowered.

edit: and a alignment.

You have an issue with how much you lowered it, you have alignment issues, your bushings are probably fucked, etc..etc..

The car has never been aligned, has it?

Toe is what is eating your tires. Excess toe can be there for many reasons. The most common of which is that you lowered the car and didn't align it.

The second most common cause is worn or damaged components.
