Ok but si lips on ebay are not identical to oem. They have more sharp/agressive look. And that mugen knock of, i can't find it either. All mugen lips are different design. They all look similar to spoon lips.

There are no Si replica lips. Keep looking around.

this is right , the only lip that similar is the type r replica lip.

i have yet to find a lip that is a identical to a em1 lip but made after market

No, the first pic that you posted is of a LEGIT Mugen lip, not a replica; that is one style of lip that was offered by Mugen - you can even see the plaque in the center of the lip.

The SI lip is the exact same lip as the CTR lip and there are replica CTR lips, therefore there are replica SI lips.
