first off search yeilded nothing for me. when i get on it hard i get light blue smoke and a lot of white. not like somethings wrong smoke but more than normal. my friend thinks i need a valve adjustment and new piston rings. could this be it? is there anything else i could check? thanks a lot.

sounds like a gasket problem. could also be bad valve guides
