2000 SI with OBD2A B18C swap
Hey I just got this car and im going through a bunch of hack job wiring. I searched everywhere but cant find any solid info on doing this swap. The motor is a JDM ITR 97 spec (OBD2A) with the matching p73 (OBD2A) Ecu.
I have the conversion harness but the car is running poorly (really rich) and I have a strange idling problem because the IACV is making a very wierd noise through the intake and causing a bogging problem. I tried replacing the IACV but still the same problem so something is up with the wiring.
The car is using the original SI engine harness so I want to know what plugs need to be moved or cut for this swap to work properly.
Currently the original IAT sensor wires have been extended and the plug converted to fit the ITR engine. There are also two wires cut at the harness by the injectors which I believe went to the EVAP purge control solenoid?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
