Default 2000 Si Engine problem

The car is a 2000 Civic Si, with a Vortech S/C. It has been running fine, always gets regular service(oil change, plugs/wires, etc). Out of nowhere the other day, it started running weird. From a dead stop, and when at low RPM, the engine bogs, and makes almost a "put-put-put-put" sound. But when I get on it, and run it up into VTEC, the power seems to pretty much be there. I've had some people tell me that the catalytic converter might be plugged up. I went to take it off and check, but the bolts are stripped, so I'm going to have to have someone cut the bolts. Any help or suggestions would be great, I'm freaking out about this.

Anyone, the check engine light came on when I started it up today, and I'll have my scanner tommorrow, so maybe that will help. Any ideas as to what it might be?

The CEL codes were
P0131 - O2 sensor circuit low volts(bank 1 sensor 1)
and
P1399 - Manufacturers Control Ignition System or Misfire

Please anyone, I need this thing fixed!!!

i had a problem that was similar the first 02 sensor in the header controls the amount of fuel going to your vehicle(block temp. i think). For example if the 02 sensor is reading low(cold) it will dump mad fuel and you will be running super rich and get like 180mi to a full tank of gas. This could possible be the problem with low idle issues and being boosted and having this is probably not good giving the Misfire CEL change the 02 sensor in the header and hopefully things should clear up. could be wrong but that was my issue but i wasn't boosted either.

GOOD LUCK

if you cant get the car off run open header and see if thats it. are you burning any oil on your spark plugs? it could be time to get a tune.
