Default 2000 SI WITH B18C1 Swap. Wont start.

I have a 2000 si I just picked up to sell and I have not gotten it to start. I am leaning towards a crank trigger but I cant seem to master the search here to narrow down to issues about this kind of problem.
I changed , ign, ecu, its got spark and fuel, main relay. Any help would be great. Im new here and couldnt locate anything in search.

Any CEL codes?

Is spark bright white at all 4 plugs?

Do the injectors spray fuel into the cylinders?

Are the plug wires installed in the correct firing order?

Have you checked the mechanical timing and compression tested the cylinders?

Plugs are good...even tried new ones.
injectors are spraying.plugs are correct order....

It sounds like it wants to fire off but just wont hit it.
Car was driving down the road and just died on previous owner. She towed it home and it sat till i stumbled on it.

Battery has been dead for some time..Im sure codes would be gone. Will attempting to start throw a code even if it does not start / run? Not running is the problem at moment...

I had a issue like this earlier in my 1999 ex with b18c swap, and the last thing I checked was the ignition fuse in the fuse box under the hood, and that fuse was burnt, idk why but I never had a problem after I changed it..

Thanks for getting back to us. Out of curiosity at which grounding point was there a weak connection?
