Default 2000 Integra LS MC into 1995 Civic DX Hatch

What do I need to do to swap the Integra master cylinder into the civic? I hear from some people that you can just swap the in master cylinder and it bolts right in. I hear from others that I need to put the Integra proportioning valve in as well? What proportioning valve do I need to use? I was told I can use the one from my Integra, but I looked at both the valves yesterday and they are different. Thanks for any input.
