2000 honda civic wont start.
So I went to start my car and it acted liked it wanted to start, My mechanic friend came over to look at the car. We found out that rats had got in the car and chewed threw some of my wires.
I was told that when I started my car that it sent a shock threw my car and fried my distributor and my ECM. I replaced the wires that were chewed threw and replaced the distributor and the ECM. I went to start my car and it does the same thing. I have no idea what is wrong.

spark
fuel
compression
Those first questions answered first then check fuses. I pulled a fuze once while my car was running. The result was as if somebody was playing a trick on me and turned my ignition switch off. When I put the fuse back in the car restarted when I turned the key.
