Whats up everyone! having an issue with my 2000 Civic was hoping someone can give me some insight.

Ok first things first, when you turn on your Civic and you're running the a/c, the recirculate button remains on everytime you start the car even with the a.c off actually. Just wanted to make that clear hopefully I explained myself in a manner that everyone will understand.

Now to the problem. My radio stopped working from night to day. no power no lights on no nothing on the radio. I checked all fuses that could've been blown and they are all good. Now either I could have a bad radio or there is an issue in the climate control bezel area. Reason I'm saying there could be an issue because everytime I shut off the car and moments later restart the car I have to press the recirculate button on the climate control for it to turn on. Now like I said the recirculate button is supposed to remain on and has no reason for it to reset itself once the vehicle is shut off..

Has this ever happened to anyone? Any suggestions? Thoughts? Comments? Any info will help. Thanks guys
