Uh it is exactly as it said. Turn crank pulley til u see the teeth move 3 spot over. Pick a tooth on the camshaft gear(pulley).
turn the crank. Watch that tooth move 3 spots over..
What else are you confused about?

Well, that someone have no idea what they are doing. Please refrain from taking their advice in the future.
after you turn 3 teeth over. Tighten up your tensioner bolt.
now rotate 1-2 full rotation to see if the timing marks all line up correctly after each full rotation.
this is to verify you did it correctly, and timing is correct. If the timing mark does not line up correctly, then you need to start over. Remove belt. Put to tdc. Try again.

The turn three teeth thing is to pull all the slack out of the front side of the belt and move it to the back of the belt, where the tensioner will move to take it up.
Do not press on the tensioner to make the belt tighter. The spring is designed for the proper force. Belt too tight will make noise and have a short life. The tensioner bolt needs to be fully tightened before cranking or running the engine. Only turn the engine by hand while the tensioner bolt is loose.

I don't replace seals unless they are leaking, since it is easy to damage the new ones during installation and have a leak.
As for what to lubricate them with, use motor oil, whatever kind you have on hand to use in the motor.

Thank you very much for the answer, well I have to change them(seals) since they are in very bad condition, old and leaking.
