Okay let me explain the problems im having... First lets start with what its doing.. When i start it rarelynit runs perfectly mostly when i press the throttle it begins revving stops at about 5k and starts acting like its grounding out... Hard bucking stuttering and bogging and it doesnt clear up.. Ive replaced fuel pump. Filter. Fuel pump harness fuel pump relay and distributor cap im completely at a loss.. I thought it may be water in the gas tank.. So i treated it.. It did fine for 1 day and the next morning the problem was back.. Its the 1.6 dohc stock as it can be.. What is the problem please someone help me.. I just lost my job and now i cant find out whats wrong with my car.. Cant go get another job.. I need help severely

Could be an issue with the VTEC solenoid. Also, I am having a similar issue but it does it at any RPMs and I am thinking it may be the ignition coil inside the distributor. May be worth replacing.

Have you checked spark plugs? Distributor cap? Spark plug wires? Start of with the basics and then get into the complicated stuff. Do a compression test. Find a friend with same ecu and switch it out, seen circuits in ecu go bad and only cause minor stuff.

Mine ended up being the ignition coil. Check if you are getting good consistent spark. Also may be worth testing your TPS for smooth operation.
