Default 2000 Ex Runnin on 2 Pistons only.

my friend has a 2000 ex and about a month ago we changed engine and trannys and did a auto to 5spd swap. the engine we put in was from a 97 civic ex. so we changed the entire wire harness and ecu. engine harness also. well the motor smoked like crazy for 2 weeks but ran great then it started miss firing and runnen messed up then it didn't start anymore.

so we took the head off his old 2000 d16y8 engine we knew it was good and didn't smoke. we put it on and i set the timing and now it runs on only 2 cyls. i pulled the plug wires off of each cyl and the dead cyls are 3 & 4 the 2 closest to the dizzy. its getting spark but not fuel. so i changed the 2 injectors out and it did the same thing. i checked for voltage and one was getting 2.2V to 4V and the other clip wasn't getting any power.

my question is why if that one injector is getting power why aint it opening? and what causes the other one not to work at all no power?

his TPS sensor was cut so we taped it and it came off and was touching maybe it fried somthing or what?
