2000 EX going in and out of tcc
Hey guys, first post here. I just purchased this car about a month ago, no issues at all no weird noises or anything. 146k miles currently
I wanna start off by saying it's been VERY cold recently where I live, down to about 0 give or take in the mornings.
This morning on the way to work I was on the freeway doing about 75 and I noticed that the transmission would disengage tcc for no reason and then a few seconds later I feel it engage again. It happened a few times, I got to work and forgot about it. On the way home I don't think it did it at all on the freeway, but at lower speeds like 40 or 45mph I had cruise control on and I could feel it going in and out of tcc every few minutes. When it happened this morning on the way to work, I thought I saw the D4 light flash once and then stay on again like normal. It didn't flash anymore at all on the way home. No check engine lights either.
Could the tcc solenoid be on the way out or is this probably just happening since it's been so damn cold?
Any input would be appreciated. I'm a GM tech so I've never done any work on these cars.

0F isn't really very cold. Shouldn't be acting funky at that temperature, especially after being driven for 10 minutes or so. I can't remember how Honda set their automatics up, but most will have a delayed lockup when cold, but normally once you've driven a couple of miles it's warm enough for normal operation.
