2000 EK clutch problem
i think i have a worn clutch in my 2000 ek it has about 2 mini jumps during take offs and shift 1st to 2nd gear and everyone that drove my car said i have a bad clutch. i wanted to get it replaced with a stock clutch or a cheap good aftermarket the most bang for the buck clutch. i was wondering how much would be a stock clutch for a 2000 civic wit a d16y8 motor annd where to get it from or a aftermarket and also where to get that at. thanks in advance guys!

why would i do all the searching for you? did both your arms get blown off in Vietnam? go look in the marketplace and you'll find your answer in like 5 minutes. how much, where, and what brand. This isn't rocket science

i've only changed 1 d series clutch with something other then an oem one. it was an exedy and it felt alright. was only an oem replacement one but the car was stock. however i have tried just about every manufacture you can think of with b series. i LOVED ACT. do they make a d series clutch? i do not know nor do i fee like looking. since i am assuming your car is stock i'm going to say a cheap exedy oem replacement that can be had for like 100-150$. nice and cheap
you didn't say if it was stock or not so i am just guessing

I'm pretty sure Exedy makes honda's OEM clutches

Yeah they do, friend of mine had a 6 puck ACT on his DOHC ZC, worked good.
