2000 dx harness problem

2000 dx harness problem
alright guys i have a problem. i have a 2000 civic hb dx with a 96-98 d15b. i bought a 96-98 civic ex main harness to put in. i notice that when taking out my dx harness only connection B & C was only with the main harness and connection A was by itself (see photo below). It looks like plug A is running straight to the fuse box. well i just left that connection alone and plug the ex harness in the ecu. well the car cranks but just wont turn i was wondering if that connection A was the problem or what would i need to change in my 2000 hb.
