Default 2000 civic turbo?

my girlfriends got a 2000 civic dx hatchback 1.6 non vtec. my buddy will sell me a full t/3 turbo kit off of his 98 ex. her motor has 140K on it. all highway miles . she doesn't beat on the car. will it be safe on her stock motor to run 7 psi? would a t/3 turbo be ok for 7 psi.?i don't want to get crazy just a little extra somethin. what should i do to her motor for it to be reliable and run 7 psi. i'm kinda on a budget. please give me any tips you guys have.
