2000 civic SI won't prime with ignition
I recently came across an em1 that needs lots of love. There was no dash or wires. Bought an obd2b auto under dash harness online. Already bypassed clutch safety switch and it turns over but the main relay only clicks once. No fuel. Changed the main relay with a couple others I had. Same thing. I'm using a non vtec obd1 ecu with a jumper harness just for now to see if the swap is any good or what before moving foreward with the build.
Any suggestions

Unplug PGM-FI Main Relay and check for the three(3) powers in plug...
1-12V + constant, [hot at all times] should be a yellow/white lead.
2-12V+ switched, [hot in run and start] should be a black/yellow lead.
3-12V+ switched, [hot when cranking to start only] should be a blue/white lead.
Also check for continuity to chassis ground on the black lead, [should be good as you do heat one click from PGM-FI Main Relay.
If all good plug relay back in, turn ign. on and supply a ground to the green/black lead, [ECU fuel pump relay control lead]. 94
