Default 2000 Civic SI or Type R strut tower bar install question

I have a 2000 Civic Hatchback DX and I am installing a civic type R front strut tower bar. The 2000 Civic SI's have the same bar running across there engine bay and I was trying to buy the oem parts to install this bar but I can only find the nut. Does anyone know where I would find the bolt, I can't seem to find it on the site. The site I'm using is http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com

yeah I know.... I am making a big order from honda right now anyways and it won't cost me anyless to buy from a hardware store, and I would rather do it that way.

I believe the bolts are threaded studs that are spot welded to the wheel well. that may be why you can not find a bolt to order

Yup.

Make sure you get grade 8 nuts and bolts though. And have it set up like this

bolt-washer-strut tower-washer-nut. That way it will dissipate the stress throughout the strut tower and not rip out.

correct me if im wrong, going off of my experience with installing an si swaybar into my ex, there were spot welded nuts on the si subframe, but not in the ex.

now, it might be similar, that the si might have the spot welded nuts(as PhillySolNhatch says) but not on your dx. you would need to purchase those separately, you could go to a honda dealer/ hardware store and find the nuts there, just make sure it fits the thread pattern.
