2000 civic si start-up and rpm issue
Hey guys got a 2000 civic sir stock b16 with only cold air intake done to it.
New cap, sparks and plugs did a seafoam treatment via the brake vacuum tube and added techron a few tank full to clean the system, the car was running just fine until a few days ago it had a hard cranking start. I thought it might be due to the colder weather that hit where I live, so I thought nothing of it until this past weekend the lights started dimming and rpm droppdd whenever I used the power steering or sat at idle. I replaced the battery because it was time to change that, but the idle and lights issue persisted. This morning I tried to start the car, and nope the car wasn't having it.
Checked the sparks they're solid, wires are good, opened the distributor and the rotor is free and spinning.
I let the car sit for an hour to not flood the engine, and tried again this time it stuttered to life but the rpm dropping and hard idle still persists. There was also no check engine light, but that's probably because the ecu was reset when I unplugged the battery to check the sparks.
Any ideas or what can I do?

Re: 2000 civic si start-up and rpm issue
Get alternator and battery checked at auto parts store.
Check and tighten all chassis and engine grounds.
Inspect wiring harness (for frays/burns) behind intake manifold.
Also, possible failing ICM and/or igniter

Going to be my next step, will reply with results when I get a chance
Is there a diagram or location for all of the grounds? I can check this later tonight when I get home.
Battery is brand new literally got it this weekend there is no problem with turning the ON(II) position, all systems are normal, its just when the engine comes under load (power steering, brakes, sound system - no sub just regular speakers etc) that the lights and rpm hesitate, I'll have to get the alternator tested though, but the problem is the starting system, starter runs strong but I might as well get that checked as well, thanks.

Re: 2000 civic si start-up and rpm issue
Checked the grounds, they were fine. Changed main relay, that seemed to solve the starting and Idle issue, but the car still drops significant rpms under load.
Could it be MAP sensor or IACV? I've checked catalogue for the MAP sensor and it's hella expensive new, no junkyards in my immediate area (40+ minutes drive at minimum) otherwise I'd just grab one from there.
What symptoms should I expect from each? Google is being hella vague.
