you have the ecu to the itr and the harness as well? if you have all that EVERYTHING is completely plug and play as well as just bolt in.

the ITR wire harness and SI harness should be the same... they are both OBD2 DOHC VTEC harnesses so you shouldnt worry about swapping harnesses. I would use the ITR ECU with the ITR motor it will be better preset and wont need to be tuned right away

The ITR and SI are both OBD2 which makes all the plugs the exact same. all you have to do is unplug the SI ecu from under your dash and replace it with the ITR ecu

the ITR will throw down something like 198hp 150tq at the crank...i think (not 100% sure off the top of my head)

that my friend is your decision. do you want to stay NA or would you rather play with boost? since you have the ITR motor i would keep it NA, build the head with new springs/retainers and throw a set of stage 2 cams in it.

As for the b20 you have to ask yourself the same questions... what is your overall goal with the car. do you wanna build a b20-v?
