Default 2000 civic si (EM1) - power to manual rack & pinion conversion question

Ok so I have a 2000 civic si (EM1)
My P/S rack&pinion got damaged and I am ordering a new one.
I am buying a 96-00 civic (MANUAL) rack&pinion. New
My question is.
Is it a simple installation or am I going to have to customize somthing since I'm switching from power steering to manual steering.
Other than taking off pump and belt is everything else direct fit?
Thanks people new to this forum. And I have researched but nothing for my specific model?
