2000 civic running toooo rich
Well, i was able to get my car running (just a weak battery) but my car seems to be running really rich( my air/fuel ratio gauge shows me that) and white or black smoke comes out from the exaust, spark plugs are black, im just clueless already, could my timing be off? when i rev it and the the rev comes down, it sounds like it almost dies out then it idles funny kinda a like a mild cam would sound like. Any suggestions would be helpful, Thanks...

Check your tps sensor to see if it's calibrated properly....do you have any check engine lights?....get them checked if you do.

NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS OR ANYTHING, but how do you remove the TPS sensor? on mine, theirs 2 screws but theirs nothing to remove it with(no flat head slot or a philip slot either) how do you remove the screws????

DON'T REMOVE IT! Check to make sure the sensor gives the right signal voltage before messing around with the TPS setting. A Helms manual will tell you the right voltage (I think it is around 4.5V, but don't take that as gospel) and which wires to check it from. If the voltage is off, loosen the torx screws a little and adjust the sensor position as necessary (watching the DVOM reading as you move it). Don't go moving it until you are sure your timing and fuel pressure are correct first!

I don't think you can remove the screws on the tps sensor...they're like rivets...the way you can test the calibration was posted before...but before you test out your tps sensor....check the timing...see if your crank and cams are lined up at TDC....your primary o2 sensor can be going bad...since you only changed the after cat one.
