2000 Civic LX stutter/bucking p0131 and p0132
Just recently, my 2000 honda civic lx has been throwing both p0131 and p0132 codes for high and low voltage in the primary o2 sensor. The primary symptom began occurring only when driving at speeds of around 55+, but now it will happen at anytime while driving. The car will act as though i have taken my foot of the gas when i haven't and will slow down and start to stutter/buck. If I give it more gas the bucking will stop but will usually return in a second. If I am at a stop it occurs, the RPMs begin to drop and the car feels like it is about to stall out until I give it a little gas. This will all eventually stop for no apparent reason. I have replaced the fuel filter, spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, added fuel injector cleaner to gas. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing the exact same problem (same year, make, model) with only the P0132 code, and the Honda specialist and dealership don't know what's going on. Just curious if you ever resolved the problem. The specialist thought it might be the wire housing for the O2 sensor. What ended up happening with yours?

clip c115 on the bottom side of the intake rubs on the the intake until it shorts thru the wiring. which will set primary and secondary heater failure and ELD code and speedo failure if it blows the number 15, 7.5a fuse. check it out

This^ issue is not a good fit for the problems described in posts #1 ans #2. For more details, click the Fuse 15 TSB in my signature.
