2000 Civic HX. Gonna check the CEL
haven't got to look at it yet, but need heads up on how to remove the kick panel on my 2000 civic? (screws to remove or just snaps off??)

I'm not 100% sure which panel you mean. The ones along the bottom of the dash have screws and clips. The lower corner panels (like the one on the ECU) has plastic clips.
