2000 civic ex trouble shifting
I have a Honda Civic 2000 EX I have just replaced the flywheel and clutch and clutch slave. everything was torqued to correct specifications aligned properly and no leaks in the clutch. Prior to the clutch replacement the clutch it was sleeping so I figured time for a new one. The car is becoming slowly a project car certain parts have been replaced with aftermarket when I did the clutch I figured I would replace it with a light Weight flywheel and a new clutch from exedy also noticed before hand at my shifter was having a lot of place while I was driving so I decided to replace the shift linkage bushings for aftermarket Energy Suspension And since I will be pulling that part I figured I would replace the shifter with a short shifter.
Fast forward a little bit Everything was going in properly shifting perfectly fine Smoove clutch working then out of nowhere it started giving me trouble Going into gear and third I would have to come to wiggle it in almost as if something was blocking it to go in hi then started to notice a slight tapping on vibrating noise coming from underneath the car I checked underneath the tranny while the car was on I then checked underneath where the shift linkage and that's where it was making its noise right by the shifter underneath the car so I went under knees pulled everything apart make sure everything was aligned in tight properly everything checked out went to go turn the car back on everything work fine no vibrating noise gears went in now about 3 days ago I started having trouble going in into all 5 now and again I have to wiggle it in into gear having trouble engaging is the issue disengaging I have no problem
Any ideas please help

You need to use proper grammar and sentence structure because that was hard to read, but maybe the synchros in the transmission are going out. Only thing I can think of if you checked all shift linkage components. Try replacing the transmission fluid that may help.

Lol sorry. I'm doing all of this on my phone and auto correct is a pain. The transmission fluid was replaced when I changed the clutch. Since then there has been no leaks, but I will replace it again if you think that will help. I just got back home and I noticed that I have to wiggle the the shifter into gear. When I disengaged it sled rout out

your syncros are gone in the trans.... look at your shift linkage and make sure everything is still nice and tight. if it is then id start looking for a new trans...
