2000 Civic DX smaller diameter steering wheel
I want to reduce my 2000 Civic DX's 15" steering-wheel diameter down to 13". Which OEM steering wheels can plug-in-&-play while retaining the airbag function.

I don't know that there are any 13" OEM steering wheel with airbags. The EP3 has a 14" wheel, and it's pretty small. There might be smaller ones but they are from the 80s-90s and don't typically have airbags
