I'm not exactly sure about the towing capacity, but I never knew there were non-vtec EX's. Back to the topic though, i wouldn't tow big things behind my civic. Maybe a jet-ski at the biggest and thats only about 600 lbs.

The Canadian EX is the equivalent to our LX, their Si is our EX, their SiR is our Si. That's the reason why my EX has VTEC and his doesn't. Anyway, doesn't your owners manual have the towing capacity listed in it?

That's exactly the reason for no vtec CDM model. I don't have the manual handy, but I was thinking on towing a 1400 lbs. seadoo boat. Thanks guys for the help!!
