2000 Civic 1.5i Vtec (MB3) OBD Conectors
Hi
I have a 2000 Civic 1.5i vtec with a stock D15Z8 in a MB3 chassi.
The OBD conectors are 2p and 5p, and I would like to know if it's possible to join the all 7 pin to a normal 16pin OBD?????
All This becasue I want to know if is's possible to use the ELM 327 Scanner
Correct me if I'm wrong:
2p conector are the 2 wires of the CAN High and CAN low. So this two wire plug in a 6 and 14 of the Classic OBD 16pin.
And 5p conector
Wire 1-Ground (In 5 pin)
Wire2-12V (In 16 pin)
Wire 3-Not Used (In 15 pin)
Wire 4-Not Used (In 7 pin)
Wire 5- K-line (in 1 pin)
Classic OBD pin use are 1/5/6/7/14/15/16
to finish I would like to know what you think about this????????
Thanks
