Default 2 VERY Important questions

Okay
Im rewiring my d16z6 in my 1994 civic cx
I bought a new harness, but fucked it up putting a resistor box in

I have an H22 OBD1 harness in my garage
will this work????

Also, is the 1994 Civic cx prewired for vtec???
I keep getting code 21, even when I had the new harness in there
I took out the solenoid and cleaned it, but no luck

any help is appreciated
thanks

No 94 isnt prewired, only 92 was. Just disconnect the resistor box from your harness and youll be good.

No, it's not prewired for VTEC. Forget the H22 harness, too much work.

It's 2 wires to hook up VTEC, look for "mini-me" write-ups - there's how to hook up VTEC in all of them.

Just use your stock harness, everything'll plug right up, and you'll need 2 more wires for VTEC.
