1. I have a 92 civic hatch and i wanted to know if i can use a hood latch and wire from a 94 integra 2 door to open my hood ?

2. also there is a wire that i dont know what it goes to, it is orange with a white line , it looks like it was going to the ecu and and now its just hanging there ? maybe those with helms manual good give some possible insight as to what this wire runs?
