Default # 2 missfire

I swaped k20 into my 96 civic coupe,i fabricated 4-2-1 header & air fuel ratio sensor was installed on 2, iam not sure if that maters or not. I have no cell codes.

Now when i took diagnostic readings the AFR was negative -5 to -6.5 & # 2 missfire.
What can cause these readings, the car does not start right away??

Until you have K-Pro, your swap really isn't finished. I suggest getting some cash together and making it right before you concern yourself with a random misfire in one cylinder. The starting problem is almost positively due to the ECU and chassis discontinuity.
