B Series Axles and Shift linkage and Stabilizer w/ Bushings

I think for the rear motor mount bracket you may need an Integra bracket.

You could also get the cable/hydro conversion but maybe after all the money spent, you may be better off finding a second gen. I dunno.

dont waste your money into that motor, get a 2nd gen at least. b16a's are a dime a dozen.

pretty damn close to a dime a dozen.Don't waste your money on the 1st gen b16a get rite engine for the car.You would also need new injectors, hydro tranny, and the speed sensor (?) that bolts to the tranny.among other things

So a first generation B16 won't fit into a 96-01 EK, but a second generation will fit right in? What would be needed if not!? Thanks...

I know this is almost a totally different question, but I didn't want to start a new topic.

I bought a 1992 CX that already had a 1st-gen B16A in it with the HASport mount kit in it.

I SOLD all that crapola out of it though because I've already got a B18C5 wating to go in

The HASport mounts and cable-hydro converter are probably the best way to go if you MUST try to get the cheapest swap available, but I'd still recommend getting the 2nd gen B16A or a B16A3 or B16A2 from the USDM Del Sol VTEC or 99-00 Civic Si.

The 1st gen B16As are always weaker than the other B16As - why? I think the 1st-gen cams are the wekest of the VTEC bunch, plus most of the time people end up with a poo pooy-geared tranny like a Y1 or even worse a USDM S1 tranny. Those have sorry ratios and 4.26 FD - NOT good for all-motor or stock motor acceleration.

GET THE 2ND GEN OR USDM B16A2 OR B16A3!

SWEET! Every time you type the "S" word, "poo poo" takes its place automatically.

Like eat poo poo, or you are a poo poohead.

What about the "F" word? EVEN better. It is replaced by:

DoEs AnYoNe KnOw WheRe I CaN GeT SoMe StRObE LiTEZ AnD LiGhT uP WiNdShiElD NoZzLeS??
