Default 1999 Civic SiR, Rear and Front Hub Nut torque?

Just wondering how much I should torque the hub nuts?

Also, anyone else have problems with the rear bearing/hubs? I have had to replace these about twice on each side already and they seem to start to make noise/grinding not long after a replacement.
