Default 1999 civic si reinforcement kit

I need to get an anti-sway reinforcement kit to put on my 1999 civic si. I really dont want to spend that much money as I'm a bit strapped for cash at the moment but i have an Integra Type R rear anti-sway bar. Can I get away with a BQS system without having it damage the frame or should I go for a Beaks or ASR. Pretty much I want to know what is the cheapest thing I can get away with but I am going to do something so dont tell me to sell or throw away the ITR because it wont happen.

i've seen tear outs with the beaks kit. your best bet is to get the comptech or asr reinforcement kit.

Yeah you definitely need to do something. My sub frame ended up tearing with the Skunk2 (I think 21mm) rear bar I had on my '99 Si. Had to get a new sub frame welded in and I went with the Beaks kit after that. There was no BSQ kit at the time. I haven't really heard much about them. I put the Beaks kit on my new car as well. Couldn't be happier.

May cost a little more for the ASR, but worth it. You don't want a torn sub-frame in your future.
Some people do have no problems with a beaks kit or something, but i wouldn't chance it... it just isn't worth it to me. Thats why i run the ASR sub-frame brace.

lol damn, this is gettin more expensive as i go!! $199 for the asr thing...guess i'll be savin a little longer before i put the ITR on. One thing is for sure though, it will be better than the broken anti-sway that is on the car right now (which is actually kindve fun to drive with in a dangerous way)
