Default 1999 civic si idle problem

I have a 99 civic si the mods are intake, dc header, type r intake manifold and type r cams, its been idling rough between 550-650 once its warm. Tried new tps, new map sensor, cleaned the iacv and also replaced it, tried another ecu, did a compression test 180 on all cylinders, did not find any vacuum leaks, replaced spark plugs and wires, also tried raising idle and nothing happened. It does not throw a code so i dont know what else to try. Anyone had a similiar problem or have an idea on what else to check? would appreciate the help.

Try checking spark and fuel delivery, I would guess vacuum leak, but you said you checked that out already.

Did the rough idle start after a certain part was installed?

Get a timing light, and verify that timing is within spec.

are you running a jumper harness? if you are i had a problem with one of the jumpers wires came unpinned and i was only running on 3 cylinders. if not check for any reason the fuel injector plugs have been switched and make sure the pllugs are in the right order on the dizzy

I have a sim issue.

Have you checked the FPR?

Check the ECT sensor?

O2 sensor as well.

I don't have a jumper harness and I checked the injector plugs are correct. I'll try to check fuel pressure and o2 sensor next. Thanks
