1999 Civic Si, 96 spec ITR swap Idle/fuel issues
-1999 Civic Si
-Uncut engine harness
-Heat blows cold inside head after car warms up
-Car does NOT idle cold but lops around 1k when warm
-Obd2b-Obd2a stepdown with a p73
-Obd2b-Obd1 stepdown w/ hondata s300
It seems like the coolant isn't flowing and the coolant temp sensor is telling the ecu to throw in too much fuel.

Not sure what ^ that means.
Are you throwing any CELs? You might have swapped the CTS and VTEC plugs and/or MAP and TPS plugs. They're the same style plug...so people switch them around all the time.
Your MAP plug might be plugged into your TPS and vice versa.
Your CTS plug might be plugged into VTEC and vice versa.

Sounds almost like you still have an air block in your coolant. Maybe run the engine for a while with the rad cap off to make sure the system has bubbled out properly

I just checked the wire colors, map and tps are correct, cts and pressure switch are correct. Pressure switch plug is dangling because it's a jdm motor...
So in theory if the car didnt idle long enough for the thermostat to open the hot coolant wouldn't circulate through theheating system? And no coolant at the cts would make the car run uber rich? Iacv would cause idle surge if there's no coolant in it?
