Default 1999 civic over heating help asap

has a new Thermostat radiator.could it be a water pump?heater core is bypassed for now

here is what it is doing

after about 10 min running its getting hot.the top radiator hose is hot but the bottom is cold.seems like the water is not circulating good.i was told that the guy who had it before me tought it was a head gasket and put that stop leak in it.is it possiable that it stopped the block up?but it was running hot before he put it in.whats the chances of it being a bad water pump.

the guy before you put motor honey in it? OH ****! You better get that engine checked out soon. Sounds like the motor honey is blocking something that shouldnt be blocked.

take your old stat that you replaced, hong out the middle section leaving the outer shell to go back in to the water neck. install the honged out stat and run car as b4. if it still over heats you either have coolant flow issue or blockage. take the radiator cap off and run the car look for bubbles or any movement of coolant

ah thank goodness cause you should NEVER use STOP LEAK unless you want to possibly rebuild your motor after.
