Default 1998 tach install, already did search

I have a 98 DX without a tach. I got an LX cluster WITH a tach. I removed my tach and went to install the new cluster and the connections i need are not there.

There are 2 wire plugs on the LX cluster that my DX does not have. The LX cluster is from a 96 LX. Did i get the wrong one? Are those wires hidden somewhere? I searched the site and couldn't find the answer to this question.

i looked on ebay and everyone who was selling cluster's with tach's said that the DX's were already wired for this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
jay

those extra plugs on the lx cluster are for the abs and cruise control part of it.. since your car (civic dx) does not have these you are fine.. if i remeber the color the plugs are or should be yellow and green.. just hook up the 2 main harnesses and your good to go
