Default 1998 Honda Civic Headunit Troubles

There seems to be a problem with my stock stereo. The clock doesn't work, the radio doesn't work, and the security system doesn't work. I checked the fuses they seemed fine, I inspected them as well as replaced them with the spare fuses. No luck. Are there any tricks to solving this problem? Or am I doomed forever? Should I open up the center console? Please Help! Radio-less driving isn't fun.

If your radio has gone bad, it gives you excuse to upgrade to something that will play CDs. If you're looking for replacement, I think I still have mine.
