Default 1998 Civic EX Maintenance / Service ?'s

Hello Honda-Tech

This is my first post. I've been reading posts for the past few days while servicing my Civic & it's been an amazing help. Love the "information age", and thanks to all you posters.

After neglecting my smooth-running, 30+ mpg Civic, I'm currently doing some "required" service and preventative maintenance (see below), which I would like your thoughts on - as well as other tips that come to mind from the community. There's a lot of words here, so I've put the questions in Bold.

1998 Civic EX, 5 speed, 160,000 miles

Service History:
95,000:
Replaced Timing Belt, Water Pump, Oil Seals, both Front Axles, Alternator, Radiator, Thermostat & Hoses
116,000
Air Filter & Transmission Oil Changed
137,000
Thermostat Replaced

I am in process of:
New plugs, Coil, Cap & Rotor, Front Rotors & Pads, and planning on checking the rear brakes.

Initial Question:

Injectors:
I've been reading that injectors don't really "require" maintenance unless there are symptoms (i.e. running poorly or failing emissions).
Do you agree?

Valve Adjustment:
Same question, basically - should I wait for symptoms, or adjust on a schedule? From what I've read of the Maintenance Schedule, they are only to be inspected once, at 30k miles - but I've read otherwise.

Radiator:
How often to you recommend a change of fluid? (30k miles in manual)
A flush?

Air Filter:
Change by inspection, or by miles? Manual says every 30k miles, but mine looks clean at 45k miles

Oil:
I've read suggestions ranging from 3k to 7.5k miles between changes. I've been changing at about 5K.
Any thoughts on frequency?
Type of Oil?

Transmission Oil (Manual):
The maintenance schedule states change at 90k miles, but I've read others recommending much shorter intervals.
Thoughts on this?

The maintenance schedule I found only goes to 120,000 miles - I guess I just keep "repeating", but if anyone knows of a schedule that goes closer to 200k miles, please direct me to it.

I DO have slow leaks, both oil (one quart every 1,500 miles or so) and coolant (maybe a half gallon every couple of months). I suppose I should clean well and try to visually locate the leaks. Currently, I'm just watching the levels.

I'd love to hear whatever thoughts come to mind about the above, or in general with regard to servicing this baby moving forward. - Maybe you can advise what you would do at 15k, 30k, 45k etc from today?

I know it's a long post - thanks heaps for making it this far, and for any advice.
