1998/1999/2000 keyless and alarm combo
I have a 1998 honda civic ex everything including the dash wires have been changed to 99/2000 climate controll audio wires etc. I bought a factory alarm and I need to buy remotes for it. My questions are will I need the oem head unit to have the alarm and keyless entry working. Also should I buy 99/2000 remotes or 96/98 remotes?
I know with the 96/98 you need to keep the stock radio in order for keyless to work properly, but because of the rewire to the 99/2000 I have no idea what to do.
