Civic HX DX has a really annoying rear wiper problem.
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
The rear washer fluid works every time...

Is the relay shot?

Or is it the switch?

Sounds like you mean a Civic DX hatch. The HX is a coupe only and coupes don't have a rear wiper in any country. The US Civic DX hatch always has a rear wiper stock.

Anyway, if it were the relay it would just plain not work. The washer fluid working or not isn't really related.

Here's the test for the rear wiper.

Alright, so there is no power going to the rear motor. What are the best ways of checking out what else it could be. Multifunction switch?
