There is an adjustment nut/thread on the cable right next to the throttle body.

Post the OBD2 code that is retrieved.
If the CEL returns, I'll make sure to do this. Today I got word that the car's idling has settled down to the 1200-1400 rpm range and it's driving much better. Thanks for the input guys.

Your engine should be idling in the 670-700 rpm range without load. You should try adjusting the idle speed (see FAQs sticky).

Before you responded I already pulled everything apart...
Turns out my iacv was blocked off.. with a piece of aluminum coke can
I couldnt pull the code with a scanner.... It said link error everytime...
I have 2 ek's and it worked fine on my stock one... The one having problems is turbo running hondata s200.

replaced the sparkplugs...
And put everything back together and it has been running fine ever since....
Drove it like 50 miles today.. and it has been fine..
Codes are gone too...
If my iacv was blocked what do u think caused the code??

Wait, are you asking why you got a check engine code for having the IACV? That you are happy but confused why your car is magically running better after removing the blockage?

That's the thing... I didn't remove the block off...

I put it back together after cleaning the tb really well and installed new spark plugs..And didn't change anything..
To clear things up the valve was purposely blocked off by cutting a piece of a coke zero can in the shape of the valve and then mating the valve to the tb with 4 screws going through the coke can..
I really should have took a picture my eyes were so baffled seeing a coke can in there!!

Uh, if there is a piece of coke can in there, why don't you just remove the damn thing and put the car back to the way it should be???

Well since the car is turbo and is running fine, and these engines are known for iacv problems... I figured why not leave it blocked off...
My hondata already compensates for the cold start idle...
I imagined it was blocked off for a reason.
I could take it off and see if it runs ok I suppose...
