does anyone know what "OEM number to cross:P0420" means? it is on a OBD2 system.

P0420-Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold
most of the time that code comes on when your catilitic converter is starting to take a crap. but it could also the o2 sensor(s). I'd personally start with the cat.
