Default 1996 Honda Civic Speed sensor/ oxygen sensors?
1996 Honda civic Dx speedometer irratic and car running bad. I have 4 CEL codes comming up: 02 Oxygen sensor, 17 Vehicle Speed sensor, 41 Heated oxygen sensor heater and 65 Rear heated oxygen sensor heater.

Any ideas of cause/causes?

You have the fuse 15 problem. Google it. You need to get under the car and fix the wires on the back of the engine.
