1996 honda civic leaking oil

i have a 1996 honda civic dx automatic and im leaking oil between the valve cover and dizzy. i replace the valve cover gasket but still oil still leaks out so i take the dizzy out to tighten as much as possible but still a week later still leak at least a q/t of oil what is the best way to fix this problem take it to a mechanic or should i just take my chance and buying a new dizzy and cross my figure of not wasting my money and hopefully that is the problem?any suggestion will be good thanks in advance

Open your oil cap and check if air is coming out while the engine is running.
If air is coming out, It means to say that there is an air leak in your cylinder.
This will force some oil to leak out from the engine. Usually it goes out from the valve cover or at the breather.
Check you engine for some leaks maybe at the valve guide or piston rings.
